So when I’m stumped for ideas for dinner, I start looking through my pantry and fridge. I’m not one to typically buy for specific recipes,  I typically buy to create a dish. We started this past weekend off with celebrating International Waffle Day and I finished the weekend with another waffle recipe that will totally blow your next breakfast or brunch away!
