Ok seriously, why would I not put two of my most favorite things together? I have always loved pork chops and I am always looking for new ways to make them because they truly are one of my most favorite things. (underrated in my opinion) My husband however happens to not be a pork chop fan. Why do you ask? Mainly from having those dry, rubbery pork chops he remembers from his childhood. Blah! right?
